What will you do?
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will be part of the Finance department and report directly to the Accounting Manager. You ensure that outstanding invoices are paid on time and act as the main point of contact for customers within your portfolio. You will mainly work with customers in French- and Spanish-speaking regions, while also maintaining contact with other European customers.
You will work closely with colleagues from Finance and Sales on a daily basis and play an important role in safeguarding the financial health of the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments, both by phone and in writing;
- Reviewing and releasing sales orders based on creditworthiness;
- Determining payment terms for quotations and orders;
- Answering questions from international customers and colleagues regarding administrative and financial matters;
- Identifying risks and proactively contributing ideas to improve the accounts receivable process.

- An MBO or HBO degree, preferably in an administrative or financial field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (native), Spanish and English;
