The Customer Support position combines sales and technical assistance within a environment, focusing on handling sales and addressing customer needs in Poland. As a Customer Support professional, you will guide customers through sales inquiries, resolve general issues, and deliver exceptional service with professionalism and expertise.
Responsibilities as an Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Issue and follow-up on quotations;
- Handle customer requests;
- Develop and maintain close relationships and contact with dealer base.

What You Bring
- Excellent to communication skills in Polish (written and verbal);
